National Boys & Girls Week

Open the door to healthy lifestyles.

1.    Laugh Challenge– Encourage Club kids to participate in a laugh challenge. Devote one minute during the day to just laughing, have everyone in the Club… LAUGH. Record video and post to social media #BGCWeekLaughChallenge.
2.    60 minutes of physical play– Encourage Club members to participate in a physical activity such as kickball, jump rope or a game of tag for 60 minutes.
3.    Define a BGC kid– Have Club members write down one word that they think describes a Boys & Girls Club kid on a large bulletin board and display it.
